I’m on WebDevGeekly #13

Published by Robert Fischer at 9:25 AM under Events/Media, Sample Podcasts

Okay, no, this blog is not turning into me just pimping me all the time. But with No Fluff cranking up and my blogging hiatus still on (notwithstanding Why the Daily Show Draws More People Than the 6 o’Clock News), there’s a lot of announcements that I want to share with the wider audience.

The most recent announcement is that I filled in for Matthew Eernisse on Episode 13 of WebDevGeekly. The show is basically four people kibitzing on tech topics — apparently RailsConf made it a slow tech news week. Interesting and opinionated conversation on JavaOne, JSMag’s Windmill article, git, Rails going enterprise (yes, RMM, I’m looking at you), CouchDB’s awesomeness, what “Beautiful Code”/”Beautiful Testing” means anyway, and definitely lots of laughs.

If you want to pick up these kinds of appearances automatically, hit up the podcast feed (details here).

Ugh. I need better sound quality if I’m going to be on more podcasts.
