		<description>You&#039;ve left out abandonment, easements, explicit and implied licenses (in the case of real property), liens, title disputes and the consequent title insurance, adverse possession, aerial photography, police raids, and right of usufruct, all of which make real estate law considerably more complex (and more like intellectual &quot;property&quot; law) than you suggest.  But you&#039;re basically right.</description>
