Blog Aggregator

Published by Robert Fischer at 6:56 am under Uncategorized

I now have too many blogs to keep up through FireFox’s Live Bookmarks, so I need an RSS Feed Aggregator. I’ve not been impressed with Thunderbird’s implementation of such (it often gives false positives on new postings). Does anyone out there have a recommendation?

I use liferea. It works well enough I haven’t had an impeteous to look at any of the others.

Hmm. Actually, I have no annoyances with it at all, that I can think of- it just kinda works. High praise indeed.

I’m using Google Reader. Heck, I’m using a LOT of Google stuff these days. Gmail has become my favoritist email client ever. And the nice thing is that it’s all ubiquitously available, even on computers that don’t belong to me. Google Apps is a little vulnerable to performance issues as yet, but I’m starting to use it anyway. It’s not like I ever do anything HARD with a word processor or spreadsheet, and having it available everywhere is schweet.
